Primary Care Alliance is contracted with CSL Seqirus to offer their flu vaccines at a discounted rate for our members. To qualify for these discounts, new and existing members must fill out and return the PBG declaration form to Amy Bullock at abullock@primarycarealliance.com. We recommend our members set up an account at Flu360.com and we will notify our member when their account has been linked to PCA’s prices.
Once an account has been linked to PCA, our members can prebook and order Seqirus flu vaccine. Flu360 offers a 2% prompt pay discount if invoices are paid within 60 days. They also allow credit card payments without an additional fee.
Members may also order CSL Seqirus flu vaccines through McKesson if they prefer. Whether your clinic chooses to order through CSL Seqirus or through McKesson, you must fill out and return the Moderna PBG Declaration Form for the 2026 season.
